What stayed with me
A friend recommended it, and I had also learned about Maha Harada from the architect who designed the AOI building. The author had supported Civichat, too, so the book remains memorable with the connections outside its story.
Rousseau's The Dream on the cover opens a question: is a work's value settled by provenance, or does it arise through the viewer's experience? It was a book that let me enter the tension of looking at art without requiring expertise.
