Bringing international discussion about public goods and people doing the work in Japan into one place.
As community lead, Shunsuke connected international networks around cryptographic technology and Plurality to Japan. More than 300 people participated over two days, with support for 18 teams and feedback from 63 people.
The conference was designed not merely as a place to distribute information, but as a temporary public space from which new working relationships and experiments could emerge.
