DeCartography
An experiment in making a more neutral map of coordination from a crowdsourced social graph.
How should relationships among participants be understood to make Quadratic Funding more resistant to collusion? DeCartography tested the hypothesis that Web3 mechanisms could produce a trustworthy social graph.
Although the expected cost-effectiveness did not materialize and the project stopped, the work confirmed that Connection-Oriented Cluster Matching could be effective. Those lessons were carried into subsequent funding-allocation experiments.
